| | I felt lazy to go to exercise | | I think guys just like girls, they want to have a perfect body shape, and the only way to do that is through tireless exercise daily. My own example, I would go workout after work, no matter how hot the temperature gonna be, I try to do my best to make it through 1 hour. In the recent week, I felt lazy, and trying to find an excuse try skip my exercise routine. Part of the reason is maybe I was tired, and I just like to lay down on my couch and watching TV all day. That is healthy. Is that happen to you guys too? | |

| Did you do any exercise today? | | We all know the importance of exercise. Walking is a simple yet powerful exercise program with all kinds of health benefits. Of course it's always recommended that we check with a health professional before we start any exercise program. Also good to start slowly and built up.Yesterday I went bike riding, first time in about 5 years. Today I went for a good walk. From now on I'm going to try to do some exercise every day. I had big belly and my skin was elastic . So I start doing exercise call 6 weider and even help but not precisely . I sill have some fat on the lower part of belly.My question do you know good exercise whose can help. | Do you know good exercise for our abdominal muscle? | | I only have minimum of time to do regular exercise at fitness club.. Maybe I only have less than 1 hour a day..I want to have good body shape, especially to reduce fats on abdominal area and maybe build six packs shape.. I always use thread mill and ended up with swimming using free style..Actually the result is not that bad but I need more precise tips and more effective ways to do it.. My friend told me to add sauna right before swimming..What do you think? Do you know any exercise or steps to build our abdominal muscle? | |
| | Exercise in the Morning or Afternoon? | | As we grow older health issues starts to come in whether you like it or not. Aging is certainly part of life. Maintaining our weight by having a healthy habit like exercise prevents our body system to deteriorate. For instance, when you sweat, it tends to decrease the risk of you acquiring diabetes. So for all of us who want to live longer exercise and workout is a necessity. What time do you prefer to do your healthy habit? Am or pm? For me, I prefer to do it in the morning because of the breeze and the full amount of energy that I acquired from sleeping. Also, it hones our discipline in dozing off early for us to be able to catch the sunrise. Perfect morning indeed. | |

Also when I used to work at a gym I would just play any hip hop songs and I would occasionally sneak in an R&B song, not to the liking of most customers. So, what is your choice of music for working? I try to exercise every day, but usually I wind up exercising once every two days or so. I usually go on walks or dance to music. I try to keep my exercise sessions up to 30 minutes to an hour.
