myLot Discussions| vitamin b-3***** niacin, niacinamide, nicotinic acid | | I always think of the one characteristic of B-3 .That one is circulation.Proper circulation and healthy skin just seem to go hand in hand I think.A flush that is usually harmless, may occur after consuming it.If this happens a red rash my occur on the skin and a tingling sensation may be experienced.use this with caution if you are pregnant, suffering from gout, diabetes, peptic ulcers, liver disease,or glaucoma.Vitanin B-3 helps the functioning of the nervous system,in the metabolism of fats, carbohydrates and proteins, and in the production of hydrochloric acid for the digestive system .Niacin improves circulation, and lowers cholestrol. It is also important in and effective in the treatment of schizopherina and other mental illnesses.you will find it in: beef, broccoli, carrots, cheese, corn meal, fish, milk, eggs, pork, potatoes, tomatoes and whole wheat.

Hello, I have a tip for the shaving of ladies legs, bikini line, etc. I use a simple Gillette for shaving, but instead of shaving foam or cream, I use "shower oil" from Nivea. The knives are slipping nicely over the skin. This works great and it leaves your skin nice, smooth and soft. The skin is not irritated and not dry at all after shaving.

Salmon is a fish that is very good for your body and should be eaten once or twice a week. It is very high in the necessary protein that your body needs. It's also rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, which reduce inflammation and help with brain function, as well as many other things. Salmon is also a rich course of vitamin B12, niacin, vitamin B6, copper, selenium, and also a good source of vitamin B1, B2, and folate.
