There are many sleep remedies that don’t require drugs. A simple glass of milk before bed can help you sleep. Many people say to drink warm milk, but it doesn’t need to be warmed. The protein in milk is a good sleep aid. If you warm the milk too much, you might kill the protein. Drinking cold is just as good as drinking it warm. Onions are another good sleep aid. If you like to eat raw onions, make a snack of an onion sandwich. It will help you sleep in no time. Turkey is another food which helps people sleep. Eat a slice or two of turkey or eat a sandwich for a bedtime snack, and that will also help you sleep. If you eat a sandwich for a bedtime snack, you might want to eat it at least an hour before bed.
